A Baltimore native, Nikki got into the real estate industry her sophomore year in college as an assistant to a local agent, and the rest is history! In the first chapter of Nikki’s career, she built her business with a focus on developing authentic, highly engaged life-long relationships.
As a result of her commitment to taking amazing care of her client base, her business grew exponentially, and she founded The Shelley Home Group in 2017 in order to ensure all of her clients would receive the boutique level of care, attention, and responsiveness they had come to expect from her.
Through Nikki’s leadership, vision, and hustle, The Shelley Home Group has grown into a renowned and well-known local brand that has been recognized at a national level for top-of-the-line marketing, an elite level of expertise in all things real estate, and a deep commitment to community and giving back. Nikki and the Shelley Home Group’s cumulative sales since 2002 exceed 1,200 homes sold and over $200 million in closed real estate sales volume.
Nikki is an enormously driven and gifted marketer, sales consultant, and leader. Nikki has been honored with a variety of local and national awards including featured in Top Producer Magazine, Executive Leadership in RE/MAX, Finalist for NAR’s 30 in their 30’s. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Towson University, professional graphic design training, and extensive home staging expertise.
Outside of work, Nikki is supportive of various local charities, mentoring young agents new in business, and takes every opportunity she can to make meaningful impact in her community.
Nikki and her husband, Dan, live in Westminster with their 2 kids (Avery and Tyler) and rescue dog, Camden along with a cat they rescued named Jack. In her spare time, Nikki loves spending quality time with her family and friends, reading, traveling, renovating homes, running her Airbnb, and meeting up with other Mom’s.
